Hal Real Estate Unveils Plans for Unique Belltown Residential Tower

Seattle, WA, August 12, 2008 - HAL Real Estate Investments has released plans for a new residential tower to be built at 2116 Fourth Avenue in Belltown. HAL recently purchased the 12,960 square foot parcel, located next to the Cinerama theatre, for
$5,000,000, or $385 per square foot.

The 400 foot residential tower will incorporate Pacific Northwest design principals in a tall, thin and sustainable tower that will allow for abundant light and openness to reach
the street, enhance the skyline and create a lively and safe streetscape. It will contain approximately 360 units and 330 parking stalls, as well as over 2,000 square feet of retail
space on the ground floor. HAL has not yet determined whether the units will be condominiums or apartments.
