 In December of 1997, HAL entered into a partnership with T. Jones Inc., a Vancouver BC developer, to acquire land in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood for the purpose of building a 203-unit condominium project. The completed project won several design awards, including a MAME award for best marketing campaign and an NSMC award for best attached community of the year, and has become one of downtown Seattle’s most desirable condominium addresses. Shortly after completion the residential condominiums were sold out and the retail condominiums were acquired by T. Jones Inc.
