 In December of 1993, HAL entered into a partnership with Suncrest Homes to develop a 52-unit townhouse condominium project in Kirkland, Washington. The lush 13-acre site is adjacent to a greenbelt and wetland area that abutts Lake Washington. In 1994, the project received a MAME award for best attached housing community of the year. Within a short time after the construction was complete, all 52 units were sold.
