Valley Office Park offers 201,744 rentable square feet and 1,198 parking stalls. It has mountain views and easy access to I-405 as well as to restaurants, retail shops and recreational areas. A park-like area with a waterfall and reflecting pool is the centerpiece of Valley Office Park. The area also features walkways, park benches and picnic seating, creating a campus atmosphere. The Federal Aviation Administration is a tenant of Valley Office Park.
