» view website  Site 17 is a two building multifamily project located at 2440 and 2504 Western Avenue in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. The project was originally developed in 1998 and 1999 by Harbor Properties and was designed by GGLO Architects. Site 17 consists of 129 residences including true two story lofts, studios, and one and two bedroom homes. Common amenities include rooftop decks, an interior courtyard, a community room and a fitness center. The project has edgy industrial-inspired architecture and has been nationally recognized by the Urban Land Institute as an example of a well executed urban infill residential development. A wholly owned subsidiary of HAL Real Estate Investments purchased Site 17 in May 2005 and immediately implemented a condominium conversion strategy. Common areas were upgraded and individual residences were remodeled. Sell-through was complete in July 2006.
