 In June of 1996, HAL entered into a partnership with Landmark Development to build a 252-unit garden style apartment community in Renton, Washington. The completed project set a new level of quality for the Renton market and boasted an extensive clubhouse and views of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle. The project was sold in February 1999.
