 In November of 1996, HAL acquired 30 unsold condominium units (45 had been previously sold), 7,200 feet of retail, and a parking garage for 105 cars in the One Pacific Tower located in downtown Seattle. The 30 condominium units were sold in 1997 and after the lease up of the vacant retail space, it and the parking garage were sold in 1999. Truly an outstanding property, One Pacific Tower is considered to be one of Seattle’s preeminent condominium projects. In recognition of its efforts in marketing this project, HAL received a MAME award for Best Interior Merchandising.
