In October 2017, HAL partnered with MainStreet Property Group for a second time in order to respond to and win an RFP from the City of Woodinville for their 3.3-acre Civic Campus Project. The partnership designed a 266-unit, two-building apartment project with 33,500 square feet of retail which will incorporate the existing historic schoolhouse and YMCA buildings. The project will also include winery tasting rooms, over an acre of public space and subterranean parking for residents, retailers and the visiting public. Construction began in May 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021.
