Jonathan Manheim serves as President where he oversees the company’s strategy, sourcing and structuring of new investments, and management of the existing portfolio.
Prior to joining HAL, Jonathan served as Director of Finance and Development for American Life. Earlier in his career, he held various investment roles with Clairvue Capital Partners (now StepStone Real Estate), the KOR Group, and Credit Suisse.
Within the Seattle real estate community, Jonathan serves on the NAIOP Washington State’s Programs Committee and mentors students at the UW Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Real Estate and Urban Studies.
Keith Maehlum serves as Vice President where he is responsible for sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities as well as managing the company’s development projects.
He has 30 years of experience as a real estate developer, investor and architect. He has completed a variety of projects including mixed-use walkable communities, multifamily developments, apartment to condo conversions, mixed-use urban infill condominium projects and office campuses. Prior to joining HAL, he led the development of over 30 office, retail and multifamily projects in Kirkland, Washington. Earlier in his career, Keith was a Project Manager with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and also built and ran his own architecture firm. Keith started his career as an associate with LPN Architects.
Keith is active in the local real estate community having served on the Kirkland Downtown Strategic Plan Committee and as a board member for the Bellevue CBD Planning Committee and Kirkland Chamber of Commerce.
Keith earned his Bachelors Degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Washington.
Andy Campbell serves as Senior Associate where he assists in the identification and structuring of new investment opportunities and oversight of HAL’s development projects.
Before joining HAL, Andy worked for Wood Partners managing all aspects of multifamily and mixed-use development from acquisition through financing, construction, leasing and disposition of stabilized assets. Earlier in his career, Andy worked at Heartland LLC where he assisted both public and private clients across a wide range of advisory, brokerage and investment engagements.
Andy is active in the local real estate community and serves as the development representative on Seattle’s NW Design Review Board.
Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Washington, where he also completed graduate coursework in Finance, Economics and Management.
Jack Kelley serves as Analyst, where he assists in the sourcing and underwriting of new investment opportunities and management of the existing portfolio.
Prior to joining HAL, Jack interned at Silver Ring Value Partners analyzing public securities. Before Silver Ring, Jack held several research roles at Harvard University where he also led a student investment fund.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he concentrated in Economics with a secondary in History. Jack was also a four year letter winner on the university’s heavyweight rowing team.
Cindy Larimer serves as the Controller for HAL Real Estate where she oversees the daily operations of the finance and accounting departments including all financial reporting and tax compliance.
She has 13 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and development accounting. Prior to that, she spent five years in public accounting.
Cindy earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Master of Business Administration with emphasis in taxation from Louisiana Tech University. She earned her CPA license in 1995 from the state of Louisiana.
