In October 2021, HAL partnered with Euclid Development to acquire an existing, underutilized 11,000-square-foot retail building and an adjacent 15,000-square-foot parking garage to be redeveloped into a 139-unit apartment building with 1,350 square feet of complementary retail. The project is located in Capitol Hill, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Seattle due to its vibrant nightlife, proximity to nearby employers and colleges, and general walkability. Construction commenced in August 2024 and is projected to complete in Q3 2026.
