In May 2023, HAL partnered with Intracorp to acquire an existing, 61,000-square-foot office building on 3.7 acres in Bellevue’s Eastgate neighborhood and redevelop the property into 67 for-sale townhomes. The homes will offer residents walkability to nearby schools, parks and community centers. And with immediate access to the I-90 and I-405 freeways, the site also provides residents easy access to employers and amenities in Downtown Bellevue and Downtown Seattle. Construction commenced in February 2025 and units will begin delivering in Q3 2026.
