In March 2020, HAL partnered with Pastakia & Associates to complete the development of a two-building, approximately 61,000 square-foot office project in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. The development comprises a new steel, concrete and glass office building and the adaptive reuse of an existing historic building. The property provides a walkable location to the center of Fremont with immediate access to Burke Gilman Trail and the protected Westlake bike and pedestrian trail. The development includes both underground and surface parking as well as a bike storage area with showers and a locker room. Fremont Crossing’s two buildings are in close proximity to each other for easy collaboration and the hub itself features an open area atmosphere and walkways designed to embrace the future office environment. Construction completed in March 2021 and the project is currently available for lease. Current tenants include The North Face and MiiR.
